Ready for a complete workout that energizes your entire being? Break a sweat with a vigorous asana practice using a wide range of postures. Taught in a flow style, linking breath with movement, this practice creates heat in the body resulting in a deep cleansing and toning of the body, mind and spirit. Knowledge of basic asana required and a willingness to experience yoga as an all encompassing practice. Not recommended for beginners or prenatal.
