What would your life be like if you had an abundance of energy and vitality? What would you do that you are not doing now if you had more energy? Are you enjoying life less due to low energy? Are you sleepy by 3 p.m. in the afternoon?

Join Health, Nutrition and Lifestyle Counselor, Diane Scheinman, to learn about foods that increase your energy along with the basic elements that feed our vitality and zest for living. We will also discuss the four big factors that contribute to a decrease in energy and how to gain control over these “zappers”.
As a Health Counselor, Diane is your personal advocate for living an energized and passionate life. Whatever your concerns are, her job is to help you find which foods and lifestyle choices work best for you.
As a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in Manhattan, Diane works with you to improve your eating habits, create confidence in choosing and preparing healthy foods, stopping cravings and binges, achieving ideal body weight, increase your energy and vitality and experience an increase in overall satisfaction with your life.
A true holistic approach to life incorporates things other than food that nourish you, including love, intimacy, enjoying work, physical activity and time with friends and loved ones.
