An intensive cleansing class for the experienced yogi, one who is considered advanced intermediate, to advanced in their practice.  A practice that involves committment, flexibility and endurance. For those who want to deepen their knowledge of the Ashtanga system and reap the benifits of flow, breath and energy. Students will learn the basic asana structure.
