Feeling stressed?  Having trouble sleeping?  Treat yourself to an day designed to release pent up energy, relax your mind and soothe your emotions. It doesn't matter the source of your stress, whether it be from unruly relatives, the pile of bills on your counter or the crazy driver in the next lane, Gurutama will teach you a few yogic tricks to settle yourself down quickly. You will leave class more relaxed but energized and more optimistic.  When we are relaxed we are more easily focused and all of our efforts are more effective.
